Upon receipt of your order, given the customised nature of our products, we will work with you to confirm all design details before pulling the trigger. Up until this point we offer a full refund or exchange for your peace of mind.
Following this point, we are unable to offer a refund for any change of mind, however should you have any concerns over the quality of the end product once received, you will then have 10 business days to contact us to work through a resolution.

Should any products need to be returned for any reason, all should be returned in new condition in their original packaging.
